easy access excellent service spacious bathroom
The location provides easy access to transportation. The train station is easily accessible. The concierge team demonstrated excellent customer service, being both helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious bathroom, complete with a roomy vanity, a bathtub, and a separate, large shower. The pool area on the 8th floor is gorgeous. It features a jacuzzi.
The breakfast buffet, while quite tasty, could benefit from a bit MORE variety.

The staff extended warm greetings and offered help with luggage. Concierge always are available and they are attentive. Housekeeping ensured my room had fresh flowers. The staff in the Executive Lounge provided service with genuine warmth.

easy access twin lobby hotel location
I arrived early.. around 10 a.m. The team manager, Shangeeta, checked me in early. This allowed me to start my tour right away. The location is excellent with easy access to the train station. The twin lobby connected to the mall is very convenient. I also liked the iron provided in the room.
The temporary closure of the lounge at Level 33 was disappointing.

a peaceful haven
spacious room bathroom vanity relaxing atmosphere
the room was spacious i found the bathroom vanity to offer plenty of space. the bathtub was large and the shower had a generous size. the pool on the 8th floor included a jacuzzi it added to the relaxing atmosphere.
during my stay i noticed heavy black stains on the wooden floor in my room this was quite noticeable. the sink faucet splashed water making it difficult to use without creating a mess. i hoped these issues could be resolved quickly.

breakfast featured a wide variety of choices i found it easy to find something to suit my tastes. i enjoyed a delicious meal in the japanese restaurant the friendly staff enhanced my experience. the breakfast was super.

the transportation to and from the airport felt seamless it was definitely great i found the welcome cookies to be such a nice touch i appreciated the clean and spacious room it matched my expectations perfectly.
the service at the bar seemed a little slow there was quite a wait for the drinks it detracted slightly from the otherwise perfect experience but was not a big issue.
