The staff extended warm greetings and offered help with luggage. Concierge always are available and they are attentive. Housekeeping ensured my room had fresh flowers. The staff in the Executive Lounge provided service with genuine warmth.

I arrived early.. around 10 a.m. The team manager, Shangeeta, checked me in early. This allowed me to start my tour right away. The location is excellent with easy access to the train station. The twin lobby connected to the mall is very convenient. I also liked the iron provided in the room.
The temporary closure of the lounge at Level 33 was disappointing.

the room was spacious i found the bathroom vanity to offer plenty of space. the bathtub was large and the shower had a generous size. the pool on the 8th floor included a jacuzzi it added to the relaxing atmosphere.
during my stay i noticed heavy black stains on the wooden floor in my room this was quite noticeable. the sink faucet splashed water making it difficult to use without creating a mess. i hoped these issues could be resolved quickly.

breakfast featured a wide variety of choices i found it easy to find something to suit my tastes. i enjoyed a delicious meal in the japanese restaurant the friendly staff enhanced my experience. the breakfast was super.

i unintentionally arrived early at the hotel around 10 a.m. shangeeta the team manager helped me check in early which i greatly appreciated. this allowed me to enjoy a comfortable city tour on my first day it was wonderful.

the hotel is ideally located opposite the main train station access is convenient. a walk bridge connects the buildings i did not need to walk outside. this was particularly useful when i was carrying large suitcases.

the service at the bar seemed a little slow there was quite a wait for the drinks it detracted slightly from the otherwise perfect experience but was not a big issue.
